Luxurious silk satin fabric was used to make this fashion masks. Each mask come with elastic ties that can be adjusted with a pearl bead. A perfect mask for a bride, wedding ceremonies, wedding parties, mother of the bride, etc.
They come in 4 different colors:

These are sustainable, washable protective face masks which have the potential to prevent the entry of airborne particles. Offered in multiple layers of reusable, washable, soft biodegradable material that provide protection and breathability. Premium quality fabric that is soft on the skin and designed for repeated, long term use, and all day comfort with adjustable elastic straps.
Our face masks have an efficient filtration, however have added an interior pocket for optional filter inserts.

Materials: Two layers, peau de soie (also know as duchess satin or bridal silk satin) with cotton lining. * Some masks might have poly/cotton lining to match fabric color if no 100% cotton fabric was found.
Please keep in mind that “silk” is the name of the fiber, not the name of the fabric. There are several fabrics that use silk fibers and are very different from each other. Most common ones are Charmeuse, Chiffon, Taffeta, Peau de Soi, Brocade, Velvet, Crepe.
The same may be said as to “cotton,” which is the fiber used to weave different types of fabrics.
As stated in the description, the fabric used in these fitted masks in particular is called Peau de Soi. This is a high-quality fabric commonly used in evening gowns and wedding dresses. This fabric is used because it is more tightly woven and, therefore, provides more protection. Further, this fabric was selected for the outside because it has more “water repellent” qualities. On the other hand, cotton was selected for the inside because it has more “absorbent” qualities; using such fabric on the inside helps to absorb the moisture from one’s face, helping with sweat and face breakouts.
Care Instructions:
Masks are reusable and can be safely washed. To do so please handwash in warm water and soap, then line dry. Make sure to wash your face mask after every use and replace with a new one. Remove the filter before washing.

What some researchers do mention is that more tightly woven fabrics and more layers are what proves more effective.
